May need some rewriting - seems my Engrish engine isn't warmed up yet...

Basically, it indicates that pornographic material, depictions of abuse, persecution of race, gender, religion etc and unsolicited advertising or monetized links are not to be posted. I've also included a quick self-check example which should simplify the task of deciding whether content is acceptable.

- Unsolicited advertising with the exception of job offers in the [#work-opportunities](https://zadevelopers.slack.com/messages/work-opportunities/) channel.
- Links, or links to pages, for the purpose of monetization of user views and which provide no value to the ZA Developer community.

As a quick self-check, ask yourself whether you would like someone's child to see the content you are posting. If the answer is "no", then tehre's a good chance you shouldn't be posting it on the ZA Developers community.

Thanks so so much!

Lets get all these PR's rolled up into #2 and let it sleep for a bit. Just like echoed in the #code-of-conduct, we have to be careful of this becoming the next iTunes license :)
