Also updates the default commit of
hubploythat we provide inrequirements.txt. Finishes points 1 and 2 of #9 and thus closes the issue.The readme no longer needs to be deployment instructions because these instructions live in the documentation. The readme links to the documentation and can be a short document providing an overview of the purpose of the repo instead.
This will also close #5 as Helm is no longer mentioned in the Readme. Helm versions have their own topic in the documentation.
