Phase 1 of the memecoin refocus: Solana memecoin trading is the main product again, and regular crypto / exchange trading is archived. This is a navigation change only. No trading code, setting, worker or database table changes.

• Main menu (apps/web/components/archivedEngines.ts, apps/web/app/dashboard/layout.tsx): the Memecoin sections are the main menu again:
  • Dashboard, Fresh / Early Tokens, Migrated Tokens, Momentum, Token Scanner, Smart Wallets, Strategies, Paper Trading;
  • ML Intelligence, Risk Management, Trade History, System Health, Settings.
• Start page: /dashboard opens /dashboard/memecoin.
• Strategies (/dashboard/strategies) is in the menu; it existed but was not listed.
• Smart Wallets is shown without the copy-trading profile.
• Crypto / Exchange Trading (Strategy Center, Engine, Backtests, Compare, Portfolio Risk, Exchange Trades, Exchange Connections, Alerts):
  • it moves under Archived Engines;
  • its pages and controls still work, and each shows an "archived engine" notice;
  • CRYPTO_ARCHIVED = false restores it to the main menu.
• Archived Engines page: shows the Crypto engine state (engine on / off, worker, enabled strategies) from /api/crypto/status, and explains how to turn it off.
• Docs:
  • docs/MEMECOIN_REFOCUS_AUDIT.md: exchange inventory, page map, pipeline map, gap matrix against the brief, forensic status, open decisions;

Phase 2 (read-only tooling and report)

• strategy_recovery --section equity (read-only transaction): the Solana PAPER account's realized equity in exit order:
  • end, peak, trough and maximum drawdown;
  • the same without the single best trade;
  • per period and per day;
  • every trade closed after the last marker;
  • open positions at cost.
  • Tests are in packages/core-py/tests/test_strategy_recovery_tool.py.
• docs/MEMECOIN_PHASE2_ROOT_CAUSE.md: the 2026-10-20 server evidence:
  • the environment locks currently permit LIVE;
  • Memecoin has been paused since Oct 17;
  • paper realized -0.87993 SOL;
  • fresh lost 0.1907 SOL in 5 trades after Oct 15;
  • winners vs losers at entry.
• This changes packages/core-py only in a diagnostic tool that no worker runs. Nothing needs to be redeployed for it: the operator runs it from git.

Preserved

• A snapshot of all exchange work is on the branch archive/crypto-exchange-trading-2026-10-20 (at 6bf1cfe).
• Nothing is deleted: packages/crypto-py, services/crypto-trading, the crypto schema, the encrypted exchange keys, the API routes and the compose service are all unchanged.
• Memecoin code does not import yonixalpha_crypto.

Tests

• tsc --noEmit and next lint: clean.
• Local browser check:
  • login lands on /dashboard/memecoin with the Memecoin menu;
  • Archived Engines lists the eight Crypto pages and their state;
  • Crypto pages show the archived notice;
  • no page errors.
