Updated dependencies to work with newer versions of the required libraries

Updated dependencies to work with newer versions of the required libraries (for example torchaudio requirement is now >=0.3.0).

@yliess86 This dependency limits the usability of lpctorch, could you kindly merge this or #4 so one can install lpctorch using poetry or pdm.

I ment to cautiously ask @yliess86 <https://github.com/yliess86> if he could merge your changes, so the pipy package is up to date - package wise. And pdm or poetry installs aren’t blocked by the outdated numpy requirement. :)
