Per-call, deterministic tools for AI agents with HMAC-signed, re-verifiable receipts: a destructive shell/git command dry-run oracle, MCP tools/list schema-diff + contract-snapshot, Markdown→PDF, and a free receipt verifier. x402 on Base Sepolia testnet (mainnet pending), honestly labeled.
