README states the claim the numbers support: a safety floor for cheap models. Patch release — no attestation expiry.

Release commit only: [Unreleased] → [1.3.7], VERSION/plugin.json bumped via release.py. Everything in the entry is merged and measured (weak-model campaign; secrets gate with its 3/3-vs-0/3 down-model proof; E13 baseline; harness isolation). Validators: fastcheck 14/14, test_release, installer. Tag v1.3.7 follows the merge.
