Update Go dependencies and flake inputs

• go get -u ./... + go mod tidy: cbor/v2 2.9.2→2.9.6, klauspost/compress 1.18.6→1.20.1, cpuid 2.3.0→2.4.0, go-toml/v2 2.2.4→2.4.3, x/sys 0.44→0.48, x/term 0.43→0.46. go directive 1.25.5→1.26.0 (pulled in by a dependency).
• nix flake update (nixpkgs) and the new vendorHash.

Checked with Go 1.27.1: go build ./..., go vet ./..., go test ./... (no tests in this repo) and nix build .#default all pass. Not run: the GitHub workflows (they pin Go 1.22 and staticcheck 2023.1.6, which I left alone; watch whether CI copes with the 1.26 go directive).

Routine dependency bump (cbor, compress, cpuid, go-toml, x/sys, x/term), a go directive bump to 1.26.0, and a nixpkgs update with a new vendorHash. go.mod, go.sum and flake.nix are consistent with each other. I found nothing in the diff to report, and the PR description says build, vet and nix build pass. I didn't run anything myself, since this session has no checkout.

No issues found.
