In FPDivAlign, if rdAm > rdBm then ... This state creates a +1 increment on Ae that is automatically removed by the mantissa divider submodule because the first comparison between numerator and denominator will automatically lead to an increment on the shift value that compensate/remove the +1 increment produced in FPDivAlign state.
