What this adds

Adds agent-qa to Browser Automation. Its local MCP server exposes 33 agent_qa_* tools for test and suite authoring, schema and ID validation, run execution, artifacts, logs, and failure triage.

The published CLI starts the stdio server with agent-qa mcp; an initialized agent-qa workspace also exposes the loopback Streamable HTTP endpoint used by its bundled coding-agent skills.
