Can we increase the left padding on the Desktop view? I think that it may be a good idea to have centered content, ie. the padding left of the text is equal to the padding right of the image. |

Describe what you are trying to do
Redesigned the About page for Shubble taking inspiration from #183
Added small sub header and text description is kept from the original about page.
Steps for review
Run:
npm run build
python -m flask run --port 8000
Open http://127.0.0.1:8000/about within a browser
