Ensure Test Models are Still Avaialble

FAILED tests/connectors/test_train.py::TestTrainLookup::test_missing_columns_error_message - RuntimeError: ERROR IN WRITE: train.lookup - Access denied to model bc3ee6a0-e104-4700

• An idea: create a registry of models used in wPY tests. Then as step one of running tests, we confirm access to all of them. Exit if fails so as not to waste time / cycles.
• Error message should distinguish between not having access, and the model not existing at all.
