- Implement parsing mechanism for CoAP messages according to RFC 7525.
- Removed everything from the old library.
- Migrate the code base to .NET Standard 2.0.
- First attempt to implement simple CoAP server (at the moment only receive bytes and deserialize them to a CoAP message).
