To run the program follow this steps 

1. ContentReaderMain is the main class of the application. All excution is started from this class 
2. Since the application run more than 4 million data we need to configure your _JAVA_OPTIONS values, other wise may cuase java heap out of
    memory error
3. I am not use any framework, because on the question is not mention, but I am try to inlcude all the required libraries in the pom.xml file .
4. If your network have proxy, then go to HtmlContentReader class and uncomment all the proxy configuration
