added a resources page at the end of sections 1-3 (inclusive) with frequently used web3/dev terminology. also added a list of outside learning resources shared during the cohort by members/mods. thought this might be helpful, especially for devs who are brand new to programming.
this isn't a detailed list, just sending this PR to get some feedback before moving forward and spending more time on it :)
