This release provides the following updates and fixes:
- add CI for Trivy scanning
- add DAYCLI template
- update GRIB/BUFR media types
- updates to WCMP2 encoding
- updates to trim leading/trailing spaces
- allow for WCMP2 identifier to be copyable
- updates base on latest bufr2geojson encoding/schema changes
- force lowercase for local (last) token of WCMP2 identifier
- new field Local ID to be used to determine metadata-id , initial value of Local ID autogenerated from 6 random chars
