Updates to frontend:
- NuxtJS 3.6.5 -> 3.11.2
- Nuxtjs i18n 8.0.0 RC -> 8.3.1
The Pydantic change is dramatic, so please revise their migration guide. Similarly, nuxt/i18n has some major quality of life improvements.
This update necessitated refactoring across the stack.
