This is a followup on w3c/webappsec-subresource-integrity#133:

Integrating the algorithms there into Main Fetch
Defining request destination as a type, so it can be used there.

At least two implementers are interested (and none opposed):
- Chromium has shipped
- WebKit is likely supportive
- Mozilla is supportive
Tests are written and can be reviewed and commented upon at:
https://wpt.fyi/results/subresource-integrity/integrity-policy?label=experimental&label=master&aligned
Implementation bugs are filed:

- Deno (not for CORS changes): N/A
