We did a short retrospective on the webcompat.com initiative at the Portland work week in 2014.

Green post-its represent things that are going well Pink are things not going so well Yellow are things that need to change Blue is actions to take to improve the project

We will:

  • change the way we handle anonymous reports (to improve their relevancy) Issue 457
  • rethink the way we talk about contributors on the homepage in an effort to get more! Issue 455
  • (Alexa will) create a static style guide Issue 311
  • investigate adding screenshots to the webcompat browser extensions Issue 452
  • set up an automated header test Issue 453
  • create our own local copy of data Milestone for local data
  • think more about our communication strategy (PR, blog, Twitter, A List Apart, Smashing...) Issue 455
  • write a more public blog post Issue 455
  • fix the label mess both in Github and in the UI Milestone for labels
  • (Mike will) document the code architecture Issue 456
  • make performance a priority Issue 454
  • make a plan to recruit volunteers (talks, workshops, etc) Issue 455
