a simple mRNA to protein translator made as an final assignment for my CPP classes
Usage: ribosome <file.txt> [--show-incomplete]
file.txt should contain a DNA sequence
--show-incomplete - if an ORF ends abruptly (file ends) without a STOP codon, protein still gets displayed
