Replaces the eval-worker parent/subprocess JSON-line IPC with rkyv length-prefixed frames, then streams
Resolveresults per attr (ResolveItem/ResolveEnd) with crash isolation bisecting only the unstreamed remainder. Internal IPC only (no API/config change); verified via cargo check/clippy/workspace, unit tests run in CI.
