The @digitalbazaar/ezcap library is only used directly in vc-data-model-2.0-test-suite where it is already listed as a direct dependency and already upgraded. The other three would only be effected in so far as the underlying code they use from this library fails, succeeds, or is vulnerable.

Consequently, this should be good to merge.
