FSWatcher was being created unconditionally in the Watch constructor, even for one-shot builds that never use file watching. Now the FSWatcher is created lazily via ensureFSW(), only when start() or add() is called. stop() also handles the case where no FSWatcher was created. https://claude.ai/code/session_01NY5jeyGgysqQ2zDS2JAY4C
