docs: clarify context-engine recall path

Summary

• clarify the OpenClaw plugin docs around the current recall architecture
• explain that legacy before_prompt_build recall still exists, but it should not inject prompt context alongside the active context-engine assemble() path
• keep the English and Chinese READMEs aligned with the current compatibility fix
