Update arm guide to include xbps-fetch to get the image on a live CD. I'm woefully ignorant of void ways, I probably did everything wrong, despite skimming the docs. Feel free to not merge this PR.
I found myself without curl or wget and found xbps-fetch to do the same job. It worked for me.
