Summary

Change the recommended AMD image for DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash from vllm/vllm-openai-rocm:nightly to the ROCm 10.0 nightly, vllm/vllm-openai-rocm:nightly-rocm100. The MI355X command builder now shows:

docker pull vllm/vllm-openai-rocm:nightly-rocm100

The InferenceX MI355X DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash vLLM DSpark AgentX lane runs and validates on the ROCm 10.0 nightly channel. Its most recent repin, to nightly-rocm100-0cbac6cd…, is in SemiAnalysisAI/InferenceX#3690. A reviewer there asked for the recipe page to name that image, so end users pull the image the results were measured on. Qwen3.5-122B-A10B and Kimi-K3 already recommend nightly-rocm100 on AMD.

Changes

  • model.docker_image.amd: nightly → nightly-rocm100.
  • Prerequisites: name the ROCm 10.0 nightly as the AMD image.
  • date_updated: 2026-10-03.

The reproduction pin in the InferenceX alignment section (nightly-eed1f3d0…) is unchanged.

Validation

node scripts/build-recipes-api.mjs passes. The generated recipe renders vllm/vllm-openai-rocm:nightly-rocm100 for AMD.

AI model disclosure

Prepared with Claude Opus 5 (runtime identifier claude-opus-5-thinking-high) via the Cursor agent, then reviewed by the author.

Point the AMD install image at vllm/vllm-openai-rocm:nightly-rocm100
instead of :nightly. The ROCm 10.0 nightly is the image the MI355X
DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash InferenceX AgentX lane runs and validates on.

Code Review

This pull request updates the configuration for the DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash model. Specifically, it updates the AMD Docker image to use the ROCm 10.0 nightly channel (vllm/vllm-openai-rocm:nightly-rocm100) instead of the generic nightly tag, and updates the corresponding documentation and the file's modification date. There are no review comments to address, and I have no additional feedback to provide.

ROCm 10 nightly has better perf than current nightly (ROCm 7.2.3)
