VCell Published Models page

Adds a VCell Published Models page under Database tools, mirroring the publications listing on vcell-dev so it's available inside VCell-AI.

What's included

• A new page at /published-models listing every publication in the VCell database with the biomodels it references.
• Columns: Title, Authors, Year, Citation, PubMed, Biomodels, Owner. PubKey, Date and Mathmodels are intentionally left out, and Owner is new — it's derived from the owners of the biomodels each publication references, so a publication citing several people's models lists all of them.
• A single filter box matching across everything in a row, including owner, so it doubles as a per-user filter.
• Biomodel names link through to their detail page; PubMed IDs link out.

How it works

The page is served from the publication tables already synced into Supabase, via a new GET /publications/listing endpoint. No new data source and no extra call to the VCell API — all rows load once and filtering happens in the browser.

The route is public, matching /search, since it shows public data.
