* send player to previous/wanted server upon login (forced hosts/session resume) * cancel onServerConnect events and redirect to AuthLobby when unauthenticated * remove AuthLobby2, Lobby, and Lobby2 options * added "Strict AuthLobby" option to disallow AuthLobby loitering. weirdness: - Bungee will now barf "java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cancelled ServerConnectEvent with no server or disconnect". This is normal?
