Summary

Stable eve builds are currently available only when accumulated changesets are released. Every push to main now excludes authored changesets from its ephemeral checkout, adds a temporary eve patch changeset, and uses the native Changesets snapshot flow to publish <next-patch>-g<short-commit-id> under canary; every sibling package directory is restored before publishing. Stable Changesets publishing, GitHub releases, and npm's latest tag remain unchanged; exact snapshot versions are the reproducible install path because independent jobs make canary follow publish completion order.

Validation

An isolated run of the exact versioning sequence derived eve@0.44.5-g<sha> from 0.44.4 and initially propagated a bump to @eve/self-modification. Restoring every sibling under packages/* returned it to its published version and left only packages/eve/package.json and its changelog changed before publication; .changeset/README.md also remained intact. Expected private fixture manifest changes remained isolated under e2e/fixtures.
