feat(eve): make compiled module bindings explicit

Summary

Makes physical module backing explicit in the compiled agent graph. Every compiled node now carries a required bindings table keyed by the same source IDs used by its manifest, and both generated and development module maps load from that table instead of reconstructing paths from agentRoot + logicalPath.

This is the first implementation PR stacked on #2404. It is intentionally behavior-preserving: existing filesystem and extension sources still compile the same way, but their physical paths, external dependencies, extension scope, and ownership are now recorded once at compilation.

Why

Logical paths currently do two unrelated jobs: they identify eve slots and act as physical import paths. That prevents framework-owned programmatic modules and forces extension sources to disguise package paths as consumer-relative logical paths.

Separating identity from backing gives later PRs one load boundary to target. It also makes incomplete compiled graphs fail at artifact generation or development hydration instead of probing an inferred path.

Behavior and boundaries

• Bumps the compiled manifest version to 42.
• Adds a required per-node binding table with filesystem and programmatic backing variants plus application/framework/extension ownership.
• Generates filesystem bindings for root agents, static subagents, dynamic subagents, remote-agent references, and extension mount modules.
• Rejects missing bindings, path-mismatched bindings, and unreferenced bindings.
• Moves runtime module-reference collection out of module-map generation so binding validation and loaders share the same inventory.
• Keeps programmatic backing non-loadable in the generated filesystem map for now; the next stack PR supplies the explicit registry/composition path rather than adding a virtual-disk fallback here.

Validation

• pnpm test:unit — 7,025 passed, 1 skipped
• Focused compiler unit and sandbox scenario tests
• Focused development snapshot integration tests — 2 passed

A full pnpm test:integration run reached 659 passing tests. It initially found two omitted bindings in a synthetic development snapshot; those were fixed and the focused tests now pass. Three unrelated tests remained blocked by a local microsandbox database whose applied migrations are missing from the installed binary.
