Removed code that stripped [ATTACH] tags

I have tested this code on my vBulletin 4 and have done an export using this code with no issues and when I import it attachments show up as a link to the image not an inline image but that's an issue for Vanilla Git |

This will leave BBCode in Comments and Discussions as Vanilla is able to handle these tags. I am not sure why they were being stripped out as this strips out all inline images. This relates to issue #195
