Support folding code blocks

It would be nice if you could use the folding keys (zo/zO/zc/zC) to collapse/expand code blocks in a selected message. This could be configurable by length, where messages get truncated past a target length, and can then be expanded in the scrollback.

Maybe this could also include folding state events by default.
