Freeze after starting a direct message

App version: 0.0.11 (precompiled binary from the releases page)

Every time I use :join to start a direct message, the UI freezes indefinitely. I've tried to message users on different homeserves. Only killing the process solves the issue.

My config file is:

I'm facing the same issue, whenever I start the dms in a new tab. On EndeavourOS Linux x86_64, using 6.18.36-1-lts, iamb 0.0.11 (93fc47d)
