Closes ukodi-training#1 Allows display of country and population away from map. requires fix - make text go away again on mouseout( hide?) Possible future enhancements "connect" text to Map object for country. sort out East Timor, Great Britain, Myanmar(burma) data points. Possible error in D3, mapping of Western Sahara and Morocco looks odd.
