Add trigger scale factors for run3 etau and mutau channel and create conventions for trigger config

Milestones:

Selection:

• Modify trigger_ids column such that only matched triggers are put inside

Signal region:

• Add all efficiencies (e, mu, tau, single and cross triggers, data and mc) as producers
• Define calculation of trigger SF from efficiencies
• use all efficiencies to calculate trigger SF
• add corresponding SF configs to analysis config
• Update default producer accordingly
• Discuss and remove bugs due to inconsistency (file type, tau trigger sf script)
• Build mutau and etau SFs from the substeps above
• Build tautau SFs

• Create control regions SFs

• Create corresponding shifts
• Put all trigger sf into one column and the variations depending on the object
