Looks good to me. However, I cannot judge whether the deletion of services makes sense, so would recommend for @Jolien-S or @peer35 or @TMHofstra to review this too 👍

The current changes improve the page, so let's push this pull request, after a few minor changes I suggested in the text. I do see other things that need to be updated, so let's try to update the rest of the page as well.

Quick fixes/updates on the Support page that remove references to services that no longer exist. We should have a better look at this page at some point to decide if its current form still fits our philosophy of the handbook.
