Add topic Academic Integrity

For the policy guide (Issue #214) we would like to create, we need a few building blocks. Academic Integrity is one of them. We will probably need to refer to it in several contexts, such as the new policy guides (one for researchers, one for policy officers), but also in the guide How can you set up research data management from the start?.
