All the blocks added by the mod are either available through crafts in the crafting table, usually following minecraft vanilla's recipe shapes (e.g. bricks and chiseled variants are usually using the same craft "pattern").
Most blocks in the mod (aside from a few that aren't "stone based", like threaded wools or wood blocks) are also available to craft using the stonecutter. This allows for quick and easy access to any of the variants of a given block and even reworks vanilla crafts to allow switching from one variant to another, and even back to the base block.
A few blocks also feature additional ways to be made, such as carved planks blocks of all wood types. Those can be made by rick-clicking the woodset's default planks using any kind of axe.
A similar feature using shovels is present for the carved snow block :)
If you wish to add blocks to the mod in some way, know that the mod features a new block tag named bountifulblocks:nether_portal_frames that is used by the mod to allow for more diverse blocks to be used as a base for nether portals.
