Missing translation in the server panel

Hi!

I notice that a mod removed the translation on the server panel. After some long research, I figured out that it was this mod.
Here's an exemple: When I start the server, instead of saying "Preparing spawn area: XX%", it says "menu.preparingSpawn". It happend also when a player join a server, after writing a command on the panel, etc.

I edited a bit the content of this mod, and found out if I delete the language file (bountifulblocks-1.20.4-0.9.6.jar/assets/minecraft/language/), the translations are back!

Here's what you need if you want to replicate it:
Playing in Fabric in 1.20.4 (same for the Fabric server). When tested, here's any mod that I have right now: Architectury 11.1.17, Anthena 3.3.2, Cloth Config 13.0.138, Cryonic Config 1.0.0, Fabric API 0.97.3, GlitchCore 1.0.0.59 and Ressourceful Lib 1.0.0.59.
