Pale Oak variants being registered in 1.21.1

Pale oak variants are being registered in 1.21.1 despite pale oak not existing in that version (even as an experiment to enable).

This is intended and made for compatibility with mods that enable them early as requested by some people. They should be registered but not accessible in the creative inventory if aformentionned mods are not present.
If any issue arises please let me know.

The only issue so far I have encountered is when I started using kubejs to add recipes I would get kubejs server event errors about the recipes for pale oak flooring and carved pale oak planks failing to read the ingredients.
This is probably going to be an easy fix for my pack by just removing the recipes, but I was still a bit confused at first and thought my own scripts were throwing errors.

Also I thought that maybe the blocks were added for an update of the mod to a newer version of minecraft but accidentally found their way into the 1.21.1 version.
