Compatibility
The app already selects exact agentTargetId values and uses target-scoped skill context. It does not use the removed legacy provider fallback or consume ACP stderr events.
Validation
Local pnpm install and repository commands repeatedly stalled without output in the shared Windows host after 0.7.13 was materialized. No test result is claimed. This PR relies on blocking CI install, runtime checks, packaging, and the Windows lane.
Static evidence completed: git diff --check; package and lock agree on exact 0.7.13; integrity matches the published 0.7.13 record qualified by ai-media-canvas and ai-office.
Risk and rollout
Do not merge or publish unless CI passes. 0.7.13 requires the current exact Agent Target daemon protocol and does not fall back to legacy provider commands.
