Uses a 'sleep(120)' command at the beginning of the MoverHandler.on_modified() method in order to give the browser sufficient time to complete most downloads. Number could be modified for people downloading larger-sized files frequently. This is to prevent the problem of two files being moved (the temp. download file and the completed download file) instead of just one (the completed download file).
