The kind filter used Iced default pick_list chrome while the launcher draws from the palette. Add design::dropdown/dropdown_menu and use them in the launcher font, with tests pinning the style values.

Fixes #239. Extracted from the vmtest branch: design::dropdown/dropdown_menu from the palette, used by the kind filter in the launcher font, with tests pinning the style values (18/18 design tests pass).
