What happened
Compass ships menu items and commands that silently do nothing (the 'Open Config File' command is one example). Dead items erode trust in the whole launcher — every item shown to the user must perform its action.
What I expected
A full audit of every user-facing item — launcher action panel entries, built-in commands, tray menu, Settings buttons, and onboarding buttons — with each one verified working, plus automated test coverage so a dead item fails the suite instead of shipping.
Steps to reproduce
- Enumerate every menu item, command, and button in the app.
- Trigger each one.
- Observe some do nothing today.
