refactor: move tailor service to a package and simplify package.json scripts

What it does

This moves the tailor service from the root of the project to a package called layout-service.
The layout service implements also the start script needed to start Tailor service.

This also changes some package.json scripts to make it more easy to get started with Tailor.

This also changes the README.md to include these changes, and also fixes an error from my last pull request. The url to clone in the docs was pointing to my repo 😅

Hey @armand1m, as I mentioned in the other PR, I just switched to yarn and workspaces, so if you want to swap this to use Yarn, awesome, otherwise, we can close it.
