Hello!
If the radio webpage is opened on mobile device, then the white overlay covers the whole screen and prevents interactions with the radio. It is the low performance prompt dialog which can't find the correct Provider.
This PR fixes the dialog problem by preventing creation of second context that doesn't know about
LowPerformanceModeInfo.After the fix, the dialog is properly displayed on mobile devices, unblocking the access to the radio.
