Added correct directory when run as admin

ETH 100% unlock needs admin privileges, so when open the .bat as admin, the directory isn't correct. So i updated readme with this command: @cd /d "%~dp0"

Therefore, it will look for the t-rex.exe file in the correct folder.

(don't forget to update your local bat file)

you could also add the T-Rex directory to the System Variables to PATH
Control panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings
Environmental Variables button
under System Variables, double click on 'path'
click new
edit the new entry and add your miner path
click ok until all the dialogue boxes are closed.

now you can just type t-rex at the command prompt from any directory and it will run
