Adding more entity_type values to schema (#196)
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
In the AusInverTraits database there are entity types at many different
taxonomic ranks. Now adding nearly all taxonomic ranks to the list of
allowed entity types so AusInverTraits (and presumably other databases)
don't have to key this information in as a context.
