  [Major updates since 0.16]

  - Move build process to Dist::Zilla
  - Improve GitHub automated tests
  - Move to File::Slurper for tests
  - Fix Expired certificate in test

  Thanks to the work of Shoichi Kaji (skaji) on the Crypt::OpenSSL::X509 PR
  that was the base of the Dist::Zilla and to Jonas Brømsø (jonasbn) for help
  with improving the tests.
