Russian translations of component READMEs, kept next to the English originals as *.ru.md (no English file is modified):

• relay/README.ru.md — push relay threat model, API, env, deployment, image publishing
• assets/brand/README.ru.md — brand asset sources and palette
• SECURITY.ru.md — security policy

• More component READMEs (cli, cli/src/runner, hub, ios, android, shared/fixtures) follow in separate PRs so each stays reviewable.
