Interpolated inverse discrete wavelet transforms for spectral background corrections

Implementation of interpolated inverse discrete wavelet transforms for spectral background corrections. This is a repository for the software used to create the results for the paper "Interpolated inverse discrete wavelet transforms in additive and non-additive spectral background corrections'' (doi.org/10.1364/OPTCON.488136).

The method extends the wavelet prism method (doi.org/10.1364/OE.24.011905) by interpolating between the individual inverse discrete wavelet reconstruction levels. This results in a continuous model for the spectral background instead of the discrete number of levels. A simple $L^1$-norm based optimization scheme is included for both the additive and multiplicative models.

Installation

Clone or download the repository and add the include folder and subfolders to your MATLAB path.
